Great Ideas For Marketing Presentation

By Max Andersen

Marketing presentations are being done to convince a target audience which can possibly lead to an excellent impact on a company's revenue. It will require the use of many techniques and tools to make sure that it will be carried out effectively and for the idea or announcement to be glued on the minds of the targeted audience. This starts with setting goals on improving the standing of their sales and to be followed by sharing of marketing ideas that they have come up with.

Factors in Presentations

An excellent marketing presentation would include an outstanding plan, short and long term goals, format and other things that may turn the heads of your listeners. While discussing, remember to KISS or keep it short and simple. This will save you and your colleagues' time especially that marketers have many things to do other than attending conferences. You will also be getting the advantage of answering more questions from your audiences if you have enough time left after the discussion. Make everything clear and avoid focusing on stray items. Make sure that your audiences have all of their eyes on you while speaking on the flat form.

Remember the four Ps that are important when having a marketing presentation. The first P stands for product. This means that you have to provide complete descriptions to your listeners and discuss its usefulness in the market. The second P is the price and this should be placed on a certain level. The other P stands for the position which deals on the focus of your marketing campaigns and the last P is place which will identify the distribution place of some products to be sold.

How to Present Marketing Ideas

The first thing that you have to do before a presentation is to fill yourself with lots of information. Research about different facts and present it to them. As a speaker or presenter, you must not expect that your audience will just rely on your words. Provide data about the statistics, market trends and survey results. You can also make use of historical data and comparison with other brands to make your presentation appear more realistic or credible.

Facts will be a lot more convincing if you will incorporate the use of visuals. Use different applications to provide your audiences with graphs, pie charts, pictures, flowcharts and animated characters to represent different data such as sales growth and comparison with previous month's ratings or of performance of other companies'. Share stories that will help your audience to relate about your proposed plans. This can also break the ice and loosen them up so that they can be more interactive during the presentation.
