Through this, revenue has the potential to be maximized. ITSM offers a framework for all tasks related to information technology, and the interactions of IT staff with clients and customers. A goal is to give the customers the opportunity to engage without concern about IT or technological infrastructure. Evolving is important for those utilizing technology and striving to keep with customer needs.
