If you have certain content that's posted on Facebook, for example, whatever you post on LinkedIn should either match or fall in line with it. What this does is establish your brand, allowing it to appear more consistent in the eyes of those that may be interested in doing business with you.

Of course, there are a few ways that LinkedIn company pages can be mismanaged, such as an absence of certain types of content. For instance, video is among the most engaging, especially when compared to text and pictures. When a user sees a video on their LinkedIn feed, they're more likely to consume the content within. Even though content should be diverse on your company page, video may end up being the most beneficial if it's made well.

There's also the possibility of content not being published frequently. The best LinkedIn company pages publish content once every few days, at least, to keep themselves relevant. Without fresh, high-quality content, you will be unable to maintain relevance, not only in your industry but in the eyes of your target audience. Content matters, so be proactive in regard to how much goes out on a routine basis.
