You may want to cite your location on the page but I think that this detail will come about in other ways as well. Instead, think about the bio that you have to create in order to give individuals an impression of what you're all about. Twitter's bio size is limited to 160 characters, which means that you have to be creative to bring forth a snappy description.

Now there has to be content found and your posts should be able to bring about a great deal of attention. Smarter posts are usually ones that are going to encourage communication, no matter what the subject matter at hand may be. News posts, for example, can potentially yield results if they, in some way or another, engage the audience and I feel as though this is the most important rule when talking about social media marketing.
